1. Your content
MP3 to Lyrics is a tool. It does not grant music licenses. If you add a song, image, or text, you must already have the right to use it for the work you create and for any later upload or use elsewhere.
That usually means you wrote the work, you have a license, or the work is in the public domain or available under terms that allow your use. A file on your computer is not the same as a license to publish.
Extracted lyrics are a machine reading of your file, not official published lyrics. You are responsible for how you use the text.
2. What we host
Files are processed in your browser first. We do not operate a public library of user uploads. Optional listening sends audio to a processor only for that request. We are not the publisher of files you later post to other platforms.
3. No affiliation
We are not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, record labels, or collecting societies. Platform Content ID, copyright strikes, or takedowns are between you and that platform.
4. Notices of alleged infringement
If you believe material on this website (not a file someone else uploaded elsewhere) infringes your copyright, send a notice to privacy@mp3tolyrics.com with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The exact URL or description of the material on this site.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We may remove or disable access to material we believe is infringing and may refuse repeat abuse of the service.
5. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, write to the same address with your contact details, a description of what was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, consent to the courts of England and Wales (or the jurisdiction required by applicable law), and your signature.
